Medicare Advantage
Medicare Advantage AWV+ Senior Bundle with Precision Spend focuses on the improving the contractual incentives to earn higher VBC incentives by using the AWV to launch personalized encounters and precision spend cost reduction modules.


During the initial face-to-face encounter with a registerd nurse, critical data points are collected using a tablet to engage the patient and staff and to establish future virtual and face-to-face personalized encounters.
The PrevRev program on the tablet includes multiple choice, voice recordings, image prompts, knowledge tests, and more for the patient.
Coding documentation auto-generates at the end of the encounters. EHR and billing system integration is available.
PrevRev coorindates RN and virtual provider staffing.
The average reimbursement for AWV+ Senior Bundle per year per patient is $800 - $2,250. Revenue is shared between the provider, staff, and PrevRev.



Employer Direct
Under the Employer Direct model, healthcare providers contract directly with employers to offer prevention and wellness programs to their employees.
Employer Direct is premised on Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) supporting preventive and wellness encounters of Direct Primary Care (DPC) with employees.
Monthly plans for 18-65 year olds are $150 per month for 12 months under the proposed HSA and DPC rules.
Revenue is shared between the provider, staff, and PrevRev. In addition 50%/50% shared savings revenue models are developed for Precision Spend Modules.
